Farm Coast Community Forest water access

The Community Forest protects 71 miles of lakeshore and watershed. Boat landings are on on Wabassus Lake, Fourth Machias Lake, and Sysladobsis Lake. Accessible by hand-carry or light trailer boat access, not for heavy or deep-draft boats on trailers.
Directions: From points south: Take I-95 North to near Bangor; take I-395 to Route 9 East (or to Route 1A South to Route 46 North to Route 9); take Route 9 East to Baileyville (or to Alexander, left on South Princeton Rd to Route 1 North); take Route 1 North through Princeton into Indian Township; turn left on the Grand Lake Stream Road. Drive about 10 miles into the village.
