At this year-round condominium hotel resort, near Wells Beach and bordering a beautiful nature preserve, you can exchange your vows under a lovely wedding pergola, take your photos in gorgeous gardens, have a cocktail hour on a spacious patio and a grand celebration in an elegant ballroom. Up to 200 guests can enjoy fantastic plated entrees as well as a custom wedding cake, all designed to your individual taste and specifications. Coordinators will be on hand the day of your wedding to make sure all goes according to plan. All wedding packages we offer are all-inclusive.

Our 3,000 square-foot ballroom features ample space for any event, with elevator access, full bar, restrooms, stage, dance floor, and banquet kitchen. We offer several different menu packages. Entrees range from petite filet mignon with lobster tail to Black Angus prime rib. Appetizers include chilled Maine oysters and roast beef tenderloin with horse radish cream on crostini.
