Augusta Dog Park
The dog park is located at Mill Park, on the north end of Water Street, Augusta. A public street, Canal Street, just up the hill from Augusta Fuel Company is the easiest way to get access to the park. There is ample, free public parking.

East End Beach at Eastern Promenade Park
This is a public park where dogs are allowed off leash, under voice control at:
East End Beach and the Northwest Shore
the grassy hill area between Cutter Street down to the lower sidewalk and over to the exit side of the Fort Allen roadway (north side of the "U" drive)
the mid-slope nature path, accessible from the northwest corner of the parking lot on the north side of Cutter Street.

South End Dog Park
This park covers 12 acres on the Kennwbec River and there is plenty of parking. The park provides poop-and-scoop bags, has a dedicated parking lot, and is open year round. There is a walking trail and Bocce ball. Dogs must be under voice control when off-leash.

Little Long Pond Off-Leash Area
The Little Long Pond Off-Leash Area is private land that is shared with the public. The property is not fenced but trees act as a border. This area is the only location designated for dogs near Acadia National Park; dogs need to remain on a leash when visiting any other area of the park. This beautiful park has grassy areas, rocks, and water. There is a large pond here for dogs to enjoy on hot days. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations visiting this park. Bring fresh water and a bowl for your dog to prevent dehydration. Drinking out of the pond is not recommended.
Access:Near Seal Harbor close to the east side of Long Pond. You can park on Peabody Drive which is about one mile west of Seal Beach.
Hours: May thru September, sunrise to sunset. Dogs must be leashed from 10am - 4pm as of May 2025.

Ogunquit Dog Park
This is a fenced area with toys and agility equipment, picnic tables and park benches. Dogs must be healthy, sociable, current on all vaccinations and license with tags on collar, and under their owner's control at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets.
Directions: Main Street (Route 1) to center of town. Turn onto Berwick Road (next to Key Bank) Berwick Road to Spring Hill Road. Turn right onto Spring Hill Road, and go to the end. (For GPS, use 323 Berwick Road, Ogunquit)
